Data-only mobile-internet plans for international travel, delivered as an eSIM profile you install on your phone. We are a reseller — we are not a mobile network operator, and we do not offer voice calls or SMS. Just data for the country or region you are travelling to.
How delivery works
Your eSIM is delivered by email as a QR code plus installation instructions — typically within seconds of payment, though in rare cases it can take up to 30 minutes.
Installation takes about 60 seconds on any eSIM-compatible device.
You must have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device — check compatibility before buying.
Payments and pricing
Prices are shown in your selected currency and are the final amount charged; card payments are handled on a secure, PCI DSS-compliant checkout page and we never store your full card number or security code.
For customers in the EU, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout by our Merchant of Record; for the UK, US and Asia-Pacific, OHA Labs Limited is the seller.
Refunds (summary)

Full refund if the QR code we delivered has never been installed on any device.
If an eSIM cannot be provisioned or activated because of a fault on our side, we will replace it or refund in full, at your choice.
Once the QR code has been installed the plan counts as used and is not refundable except where faulty.
To request a refund, email [email protected]. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, typically within five to ten working days.
